PA. Governor Corbett is putting up stone walls for the unemployed.  Cut backs in call centers, have frustrated job seekers, asking for their earned benefit payouts.

The pattern against the unemployed continues in several states, like Florida.  Unemployment benefits are a transition aid till hopefully, re-employment occurs.

In creating more of a difficulty in getting the assistance, the states are only creating situations that create more havoc, more abuse and more crime.
