Who can "sleep" with the game of rushing noise, as the big trucks speed by at night in order to make dead-lines for deliveries.

The sounds of birds are certainly not around, as the trees are usually torn down in order to speed through construction.  So there is no sound barrier either, between the highways and the houses built right next to them.
