I guess, "dumb" is still a word that can be used for some people when they either don't have any common sense or they are just plain "dumb".

She "wins" a million dollars and still uses her food stamp allotment!?! Is this a concern as the educational system is NOT teaching "right and wrong"?  Or are the parents not giving the kids enough time away from electronics, to actually have a "moment" to explain what is expected of them as human beings?

Off, to jail for another millionaire?  Maybe, she would do better in taking a class in "common sense"?
