A governor should meet the needs of the people, first.  Barring any conflict of interest, the survival of those under his shoes, should be  a reminder as to why he has the job.

The Feds want to help the state w/insurance coverage, which would help so many.  Yet, Rick Scott, who feels no pain in his decisions, makes it as difficult as possible for citizens to thrive.
