Have the "nuts" taken over the asylum????  Why would anyone suggest that a parent, who is known to abuse his child EVER be allowed to be involved in her life???

It does not make any difference, if the father goes to a million classes for parenting skills, he has already imprinted on this little girl's mind, that there is "something" wrong.

Finding good foster families for children in need, is now becoming very difficult.  Caseworkers are instead trying to "fix" the problems and leave children with abusive parents.
