The freedoms and the "rights" granted evidently have allowed any human being to object another human being to their desires. Where are the freedoms of the victims?
Where is the protection, as we are not allowed to "censor" wrongs?

For any adult it is EASY to take advantage of a child.....a minister, a priest, a doctor, a father, a mother, a teacher, a neighbor, a friend, a nurse, a trucker, a clerk.....there is no particular profile of the predator that fills the slot of what to look for, when a child is around any adult.
Single mom dates men....who knows what their intentions are towards the children?
Mom drops the kids off at nursery school. Who knows what is occuring behind the doors?
Doctor "just loves" kids....
Teacher likes to "mentor"......
Who do we trust....? Society needs to clean-up the availability of the porn, just as much as the need to clean up the needs for the drugs. Dump the supply....separate the addict from the addiction, at all costs....Maybe, once society is honest with its down-side, there will be hope?
The "anything goes" attitude is the hole in the donut that keeps us from being whole.
#1 - Sun Feb 19, 2012 4:43 PM ESTHaving lived in Vegas, for one year, I learned the high numbers of child abductions. Was Vegas the center of the problem? No! For the entire nation feeds into the premise of "so what", its only a "kid"....until, it is your own!
Punishment for crimes against elders and children should be punishable by life behind bars. No difference between a murder of a human being and the destruction of the life of a child.

If he was using the children he came in contact with during his work, if he was sending photos of those kids, he should be strung up. When you are in a position where you are taking care of someone and you do something like this, it is more than malpractice. He needs to go to jail and stay there. You can't rehab this guy.

There is the issue....the belief that people who choose to make dangerous and wrong choices, have already crossed the line of good values or good sense.They cannot be "saved". They cannot be returned to live among human beings. These choices have marked these predators as "animals".
Locking-up the abusers, the predators and etc. should be the most important thing that we can do to protect ourselves. Judges have placed released abusers in elder care facilities for either living purposes because of their ages or to be employed there.
The "thrill" of porn has now included children of ALL ages....NO excuses! Prison for life, as the "animals" have NO right to be free, ever again!
