I realize that some people still like to live-in-the-past, by thinking that being outside walking down the sidewalk in the dark is SAFE! Walking outside alone at any time of the day, is becoming a hazard to safety.

Crime rates soar as the economy sours.  Without hopes of ever working, some predators, no longer care.  They found a new career choice.

Sad-to-say, if you can't afford to lose it; don't wear it.  No fun...but, the joys of life are slim now anyway.
