This piece of crap...should be locked-up in a concrete building with other old men.  The scream for no more room in the prisons, has to be stuffed. Open up the abandoned warehouses, put up a fence and hire the guards!

The old guys don't need to mingle with the murders, just yet.  They need to be locked up and not excused because "of their age".  The judges find difficulty in securing appropriate lock-up facilities. Then, they place the old perverts in elder care facilities, where they abuse again, then being the seniors.

Or, they release the old perverts back into neighborhoods with limited contact around children, which is virtually impossible to adhere to.

Lock them up!  Renovate the empty buildings w/i weeks and move the old perverts away from society, until they die.

No sexual predator, abuser or pervert should ever be allowed to return to society.  For all of the excuses that they use for repentance, it is a choice and they made the wrong one.  Why should the innoncent ever suffer?

The judge sentenced the man before. He was out on the street again. One more child will now have to live with the memory of such a horrendous event. Why should anyone that commits a serious crime against another human being have a "right" to any kind of freedom?

Farms away from towns, can be fenced-in securely, where prisoners could live the rest of their lives. Growing crops for sale, would be a useful aid to society. Learning a trade behind the locked-gates is a opportunity. But, staying behind those walls is for the protection of society....no more release back into society with hopes that there is a "new" awakening about to make an appearance. Too many children died from the first attack....and more children died the second time around.
