This is a SEVERE CASE of child neglect and abuse. Parents that are not capable of taking care of their son.  A system of monitors and caretakers that FAILED the child, a victim of the neglect of adults that should have made a difference in this child's life.

There is a rampant disregard for children and the elderly in America.  The abuse exists!  The children are murdered, just as the elderly are also victims of murder.

Those that are aware or suspect such crimes should be just as responsible for not aiding the victims before it is too late.  Those perpetrators of such horrendous acts, should never see freedom again as an option.
