There are two property locations for Top of the World in Florida.  One in Clearwater consisting of a high rise structure for senior citizens. The second location is in Ocala with villa-type units for seniors.

The high rise location had a fire, where one unit was destroyed.  There is no sprinkler-system in the building.

WHY? Elderly residents residing in a high rise structure should have the protection of a sprinkler-system and it should be mandated by the state.
