Viet Nam war vet, at home when he sees thief on his property.  He shoots him in the yard.  With the police close-by they rush to the property, as they hear gun shots.

They shoot, before they ask questions.  The Viet Nam vet now resides in prison, after he lost a kidney from a police gun shot. He faces 105 yrs in prison, instead of justice.

His house is gone, his antique car is gone, his business is gone...and his freedom is gone.
