In the 1990's, Florida took over as the top destination in the world for golf courses. The market tetered and some courses went bankrupt. That left homeowners bordering those courses with less value in those high priced homes.

Now, the market is finding Canadian buyers taking on good cheap deals.  The home values still remain low on the sides of the greens.  But, the grasses are now cut, instead of growing into weeds.
