Fl. Governor Scott has managed to alienate every resident in the state of Florida with his decisions to cut-out programs, eliminate choices and now try to shame the professonials in the universities.

Florida has a very low-rate of pay for workers in the state.  The old story of "you get what you pay for" holds up on all levels of employment opportunities.

Governor Scott's lack of respect for people is noted.  Hopefully, there will be a way to pull-him out of his chair and put a pink slip in his hand!
