A hundred years behind in the reality of the real world, the men in Saudi Arabia treat the females as less important than objects that they place on shelves.

No respect for equality as women cannot drive, vote, go to the public hospital for care, divorce, marry or work without permission from a male guardian.  If, their male family members disapprove of their actions, they are punished or beaten physically.
