Film director Michael Moore is taking a stand in what he believes.  Now, a debate needs to begin on the death penalty, across the United States.

We tend to take positions and dig-in when it is always too late to make a change. Now, is the time for input into a cruel method of death, by which we need to decide if it is right or wrong for human beings to push for such a method?

Maybe the policy will change now in the decisions that the courts will make on a murder case? At this time, maybe the noise will be heard and discussions will begin?

How do we justify locking-up a man or a woman that commits a murder by years in prison or by death? Do we have the RIGHT to kill another in justifying the murder committed? Or. is it better for a human being to linger on and on for years in self-imposed hell by the decision that they made?

why have any laws if there is no punishment? im not sure that everyone who murders someone is suffering because of their decision, not all but some act as if its not that big a thing. justify it any way you wish, laws are made and followed so that we can have a structure to this society, and when they are not there are consequences.

Is it best to "kill" a killer.....or have a "killer" linger in "hell-on-earth" facing their crime every single moment that they breathe? I would rather face God not having been a director of taking another person's life. Instead, it seems that to live 20-30-60 years in a cave behind bars is a very suitable punishment for a very serious crime.
