Florida Governor Rick Scott sent the funding to Charter Schools at the expense of the Public Schools receiving any aid for repairs or educational needs.

The Republicans are voting against the education of children in the mainstay line of public schooling.  With this  loss, children will stay at a lower rate of opportunity even as they progress in age.
